Instructions for mare owners:
 
Breeding Fees:
Collection- $200 per collection, includes two doses of fresh cooled semen, purchase of shipping container (no return necessary)
                   
                   FedEx acct # provided by mare owner.

 

 

Collection and shipping- Flat rate of $350, includes everything above, sent priority overnight with our FedEx acct # 
                 

               ** Mare owner must provide FedEx acct # for First A.M. delivery, see details below.

 

 
Please send the address that the semen needs to be shipped to (home, vet clinic, etc.) and you must indicate if you want your shipment to be held at the counter for pickup. **Any shipments held at the counter need to have the name of the person picking up as they will require a picture ID** Otherwise we ship Priority Overnight which guarantees delivery by noon. Most locations do not receive First A.M. delivery which guarantees delivery by 10:00 A.M. If you need a First A.M. delivery please inquire with FedEx if it is available from zip code 34442 to your location. We are not able to confirm this prior to pickup and your best option would be to have shipment held at the counter and pickup yourself. 
We collect daily (Mon-Fri) at 11:30 A.M. EST. This ensures that we have all collections ready by 2:00 P.M. when FedEx arrives. We need to know by 10:00 A.M. EST for a collection to be shipped that day. Prior notice is greatly appreciated. Collection is not guaranteed after 10:00 A.M. but we will do our best, especially if prior notification is given (i.e. vet appointment scheduled for later, etc.) If a shipment requires "drop off" at FedEx and we are able to accommodate, an additional charge of $75 will be added to the collection fee. It is a two hour round trip to drop off at FedEx. 
Please send collection fees prior to shipment. We hold the right to deny collections if fees are not paid in advance.
